The first word seems simple enough. House and Haus are basically the same thing. Just have to remember that the German spelling is completely different and makes much more sense than the English one.

This one’s pronunciation doesn’t make any sense to be honest. Why does ‘EU’ get pronounced as ‘OY’ or ‘OI’?

das Wasser

Just gotta remember to switch from ‘T’ to ‘S’ when trying to say ‘Water’ in German.

This word right now reminds me of the character of Strauss from Nolan’s ‘Oppenheimer’ movie.

English: Eat, consume

I am feeling a little hungry now, and this word isn’t really helping. I really should go and get dinner.
